Legislator Directory & Legislator Visit Tracking Form

The Legislator Directory includes all legislators in the state of Pennsylvania, organized by region. This sheet is linked to the results of the legislator visit form, and when a member fills out the legislator visit form, the Visit by Member School column and Visit Count column automatically populate in this sheet. This tracks which schools the legislator has visited with and the total number of visits that legislator has had with an AAPS member school.

Members are encouraged to fill this Legislator Visit form when they meet with a legislator. On the form, members are asked to select their name, the legislator they met with, the date of the visit, who participated, and what was discussed. The school associated with the AAPS member that filled out the form will automatically populate in the Legislator Visit Results.

The Legislator Visit Results will show you a view of legislator visits that members have submitted. The results are grouped by region and then grouped by legislators within that region that have visited with an AAPS member school. This view includes a count of the total legislator visits by region and a count of the total number of visits the legislator has had with an AAPS school.
